    Under the watchful eye of my assistant, full detail inside & out. I've spent so much time doing Helene recovery Ruby has not been getting much attention. PLEASE don't forget about western NC, eastern TN and the other areas affected by the storm! There's years of work to be done.

    Suds therapy, last Wednesday my oldest friend of over 50 years passed away after a 13 year fight with cancer. Love him like a brother, trying to stay busy. This is a pic from summer, got dark on me.

    Prayers and thoughts go a looong way. Personally, I wasn't prepared to the emotional toil it took on me, I can't imagine what the people that lost everything are going through. Seeing the relief on their faces makes it worth what little tiny bit of discomfort I have to deal with.

    Thursday - Saturday, I deployed with NC Baptist On Mission for Disaster Recovery in northwestern NC. My team helped cleaning out mud & debris in 3 homes and a community center to be used as an assistance distribution location. The devastation is unbelievable, what is shown on TV doesn't do it...

    Looks to me like the transmission jumped too many gears causing you to lose control & Ford should cover the damage caused by said faulty transmission. :giggle:

    Took it to dealership for the works & transmission check. Tech said they warmed it up & checked, fluid looked good and at proper levels. Had a couple of hard shifts but those could mainly be explained away, ie.. letting off gas at top of steep hill where trans didn't know if it needed to shift...
