Do you have the option for FordPass to track your Motion and Fitness turned on? You can check it under settings, then scroll down to where all the apps are listed and select FordPass. If it is on, try turning it off to see if it makes a difference.

Got our 2020 Lariat back today after sitting for 9 days waiting for parts to fix the rear axle leak. Amazing how fast it got done after I requested they take it back and make it look like the purchase never happened.

Smile gone after 5 days. Truck is at dealer with 64 miles and a leaking rear axle. Parts on backorder. Waiting on an answer to my buyback request.

I’d post more pics of my new 2020 Lariat, but it’s stuck at the dealer with 64 miles due to a badly leaking rear axle and no parts available. Requested a buyback this afternoon. We’ll see what happens....

Thanks Phil, I just heard from the dealer and it turns out tha it was not brake fluid leaking but the rear axle seal. Unfortunately, the parts are on backorder until 9/18 which is not awful, but doesn’t make me too happy either. Then we’ll have to wait for the parts to arrive If they are...

Ordered the Ranger in early July and picked it up last Saturday. 2020 Lariat Lightning Blue, 4x4, Tow, factory spray-in bed liner. Added AVS Bugflector II In Smoke and the dreaded Tailgate Damper.

Have you tried a complete shutdown/restart of the phone? Also, check settings for ‘Location Services’ and see if the app is set to ‘Always’. If so, change it to something else such as ‘Only while using’. And see if that helps. Otherwise, you may need to delete and reinstall.

There is an issue where the displayed map version may not update to the new version that successfully installed. Be sure that you are letting the system fully update and not removing the USB too soon. There are multiple ‘completed’ messages and restarts. Mine took about an hour to complete.
