  2. Rays A-LAP 07x 255/55 18

Nearly five month wait due to the shipping backlog. These are Rays wheels from Japan. 18x8 +38 offset 19.6lbs. General Grabber UHP 255/55r18. Combined weight 50.8lbs vs 58lbs stock with 10,000 miles tread wear. As you can see, this is strictly a street truck. No overlanding for me.

According to ARE the topper weighs about 165lbs. Definitely not going to sag the rear an inch. Nothing in the bed besides a plastic Ford bed liner and a rubber mat.
  4. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

Correction, 2.5” in the front. I went with the lowest setting available with this kit.
  5. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

correct, 3” and 5”. New wheels and tires are different size than stock 255/65r17. New wheels are 18x8 +38mm offset with 255/55 tires. Went from 30 inch tire to 29 inch tire. On the driver side the rear is about 1/4” lower (factory lean). As was pointed out, the shell(cap, topper) does make the...
  6. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

NO! They’re stuck in the container ship traffic jam off the coast of Los Angeles. Been waiting four months already.
  7. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

I had a slight vibration only under moderate to hard acceleration. I put in Belltech 2 degree shims which nearly got rid of the vibration. It is very small now. I was curious to what shims you used. I am on the fence about going to 3 degree shims.
  8. Anyone here using FP ecoboost tune combined with throttle controller?

I’m running the Ford tune plus a Pedal Commander. Even with the tune the throttle response was too laggy for me. The Pedal Commander really woke up the response. I have to be mindful about how quickly I get into the throttle or the truck jumps like it was bit in the ass by a Pitbull.
  9. Belltech's 2"/4" or 3"/6" drop kit?

I did a max drop on the front, about 2.5”. The front is MUCH stiffer than stock. The rear is not bad, and doesn’t rock back and forth like stock. So if you lower all the way down expect a very different ride.
  10. (suggestions wanted) Pro Tip: don't let the radio antenna get pulled out of your roof - pictures included!

the cable is released using a key from the outside of the garage door. You unlock the cable, then pull it to release the garage door opener from the door. It is necessary if there is no other way into the garage. Meaning, no other door. It’s an apartment thing

Definitely would get an estimate from paintless dent removal (Dent Pro). The right guy can do magic. Good luck!
  12. Belltech's 2"/4" or 3"/6" drop kit?

Might the new Belltech front kit have drop spindles??
  13. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

I’ve got a set of these Rays A-LAP 07x wheels on the way from Japan. They’re 18x8 +38mm, so no tires sticking out of the fenders for me. At around 19 pounds they’re about as light as you can find in a truck wheel this size. Tire size is my big decision now. Sticking with the light weight theme...
  14. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

I expect to wear the inside of the front tires more now. Pay to play situation. My family is a bunch shorties so we are all happy to not have to climb up into the truck anymore.
  15. Anybody planning to lower their 2019 Ranger?

The camber is beyond the oem ability to correct. I’ll try to get a picture of my alignment printout posted soon. I’m at work right now.
