You have way too much time on your hands at work.
Hey it's a good free endless source of protein that could be the next big thing. I bet igu burgers would be better then beyond burgers and not affect the climate. Heck, If they are out cold when you skin them PETA wouldn't even care about them. Win for all. 🍔

My wife's niece is a new MD and was insisting how much healthier Beyond Burgers were compared to 100% Beef Burgers. We had a cook off for taste in which we both agreed to try the others grilled burger. No condiments. Roll, Burger & Burger, thats it.

Afterwards I said ' so, let's compare ingredients '. I read my label and it stated 100% beef. She read her label with lots of ingredients she could barely pronounce. Mind you she has the MD degree and I have a lowly BS in engineering. I then proceeded to ask ' so tell me why the body needs all that stuff you can't pronounce '. The silence was deafening.

We buy locally raised beef from a coworker when I was teaching. No hormones, actually grass fed and finished on alfalfa and asparagus. Best tasting stuff! My wife has never been a steak lover, ate it but it was just okay to her. The first night we tried the new beef three years ago we had ribeyes. She is now hooked!😂 Pure clean beef is healthy. Only meat that might be healthier is wild venison. More protein and less cholesterol per ounce. Since my harvesting elk and deer is nowhere a given 😂 the beef in the freezer is a sure thing!!😁

I've stopped trusting all the 3 lettered organizations years ago. First they said stop eating butter, milk, eggs and red meat they're bad for you then shoved all these supposed "healthy" things in their place like margarine and all this plant based crap. Now we find out that's worse along with all the seed oils especially cotton seed oil. There's a reason autism and dementia has spiked over the years and it's from the foods we eat and the pills they brainwash you into taking.

I've read numerous studies and have watched tons of videos from Drs from all over the world on cholesterol. They all say the same that the ones who were taking the statins have a higher mortality rate than those that didn't. And it's a huge difference not just a small percentage. The acceptable numbers back in the early 80's was somewhere around the mid 200's and coincidentally those numbers were lowered in the late 80's (1987) when statins became available in the US and have been lowered since. In this same period we've seen the increase of dementia and Alzheimer.

People really need to start realizing that most medicines out there are only there to mask the ailments. Because a patient cured is a patient lost.

There's a lot of truth in this.

What's the file size limit? Never had an issue uploading a vid until now. Trying to share about a 100MB vid.
Not sure what the size limit is, but 12-13 seconds is about all I've ever been able to upload directly here. For longer videos, I find it best, here and elsewhere, to drag the link of the video from You Tube. The magic software puts the video on the post without the 300 character code. You can create a You Tube channel (it's Free and simple to do) post the video you make yourself there then drag & drop the link on your post.

This is so true. I'm even rethinking my blood pressure medication. It's low dose as I am on the borderline but I need to do some investigating. I will not take statins. The wife either. Too low cholesterol causes issues with brain cells and dementia like you mentioned. I just need to get myself in better shape as I'm still recovering from GBS a year ago. Oh, the joys of getting old!😂

I was going to do that with my plowing video, but the numerous questions and vague explanations were too annoying.

I'll be 62 in July and take no meds. Now I do taken allergy pill on occasion and maybe a Tylenol once or twice a year. We do a lot of natural/holistic herbs and spices and one that I know works well for BP is taking Cayenne pepper and Turmeric. Cayenne is great for blood flow and helps clean your arteries. We get ours at Winco in the spice section and use it twice a day on our lunch and dinner. I use about 1/2 tsp of each on each meal and when using the Turmeric you have to add black pepper which increases the absorption rate to 200%. One caution though is be careful with it as it stains everything! We keep ours in a glass container and just sprinkle over our food over the sink or a cutting boards. One other thing we do is use a ton of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO) on everything. There's so many health benefits of it.

Lol. No I didn’t see the IG link. That’s a different island. Doesn’t count. If I was them I’d be shooting those suckers before it turns in to Florida. We get occasional skunks, opossum, snakes, big cats. People always bringing shit the government says we can’t have.

Oh I assumed you were on Oahu. You have "The Valley" as a location, and I thought it might be Nanakuli or something. I was born and raised in Kailua.
