Also, is it really theft if the owner leaves it unlocked with the keys inside? Kind of sounds like a slick lawyer could make a case for entrapment.

Now, the keys were in a CLOSED cup holder, so security was obviously high on the owner's priority list.

Sounds to me like the owner was itching to have someone relieve him of the Panzerwagen and the good Samaritan teleported in to help him out.

Edit: If you read the story it makes perfect sense.

He was teleporting because his driver license was suspended, and it would be illegal for him to drive.

Nothing on the books about teleporting though.
