Ok I'm kinda at a loss right now. I had major clunk and found that carrier bearing was bad. Had this replaced and now I have some driveline vibration. They brought another tremor in on the lift and stated my driveshaft angle is out of spec due to the lift. I just bought this used end of April. Previous owner put Eibach 2.0 coilovers up front and for sure I have a hellwig leaf on and possibly a rear block? I'm just wanting to get it in spec and don't know what I'm needing to do.

Any thoughts?

i can't confirm anything for you, but i can tell you that the driveshaft angle was something that several of us ran into on these 2019+ rangers. i'm not sure if it improved over the years, but i have driveline vibration when i let off the gas at highway speeds. it's very subtle.

i say that just to say that the driveshaft angle is definitely something that comes into question on these 5th gens periodically (not always). so the tech who is saying this isn't totally off base. worth looking into. could be something else? maybe. hopefully getting it in spec fixes it. good luck

Modifications to the rear suspension will affect the driveline angle, modifications to the front will not affect it.

Modifications to the rear suspension will affect the driveline angle, modifications to the front will not affect it.
Recipe for driveshaft vibration will include a 1.0 rear lift most everytime.....dosent matter if its done with leafs or blocks.....
To address or minimize the vibration a combination of lowering the carrier bearing with washers/shims and lowering the rear pinion flange angle with wedge shaped shims on axle perch will be required....
Transfer case output flange angle should be parallel to pinion input flange angle with a less than 3.0° angle of difference between the 2....Good luck ....it usually takes more than than 1 try....

Edit; make sure tires are properly balanced, and inspect shocks before getting into the fun stuff , might be lucky
and find your fix there....
