Surfink has reported a slightly loose fit and I am modifying the design accordingly for the next batch.

If anyone else I have sent to has a similar issue please send me a private message through ebay and I will resolve.

If you ordered on 9/20 (or late 9/19) or later you will get the new style.

Got mine, did a test fit, seems like its going to snap right in. Going to paint it first.

Went with Testers Metallic Blue model paint. I figured if it works on plastic models then why not?

You weren't kidding. I figured folks would want to paint them as they desired. Never suspected that color. I'd like to find the code for some touch up paint that matches well with the silver trim on the dash.

I just stopped by the Ford dealer on my way home and took a peak on the Rangers they had on the lot. All the XLT's still did not have a trim ring installed. All the Lariats are push button start and don't have a keyed ignition.

I wonder if Ford is thinking to go push start on all models at some point and that is why they don't care about the trim.
