Working on a Digital Cluster that matches the Ranger's style. Clock is working.

Finding the FONT that was close enough was one of the toughest things.
I'm going to do BOOST (with a peak hold function), Oil Pressure, Water Temp and I think I can grab IC temp.
Plan is to 3d print a cluster to go in the dash tray.

I did a few more:
The camera colors look weird, probably the LCD refresh.

This is interesting. The fact that this hyper complicated "budget truck" doesn't have jack for gauges staggers me.
This is the first vehicle Ive owned in at least 40 years that didn't have a Voltmeter, oil pressure gauge and a water temp gauge.
Running an OBDII scanner through a phone, to connect to the the center console display is way more complicated than it should be to pick up this data.

No water temp gauge?! Please show as I'm sure you are overlooking this..... As for no volt meter or oil pressure gauge I understand the complaint

What it has, is not a gauge. It's a vague range, almost idiot light. And the indicator line in that thing is contrasted horribly. Is it in the middle, or above the middle, below?

It's just an F in execution.

Welcome to many manufacturers doing the SE exact thing on many different vehicles for many years(since the 80's at least)

I solved this with an off the shelf gauge pod from Autometer and GloShift gauges. Note: all three gauges have the same back lighting as the oil pressure just can't capture all three in a picture at the same time. I was going to go with the Ford Performance logo gauges from Autometer but the cost was 3x the GloShift gauges

I like them!!! I wish the needles matched the Ford blue ones.

I did a dash tray mount for 4 gauges... But I think it needs something else? Maybe a tray on top? (it's only 40mm tall)

Angled towards the driver and curved to fit the dash tray.

This is super interesting to me. What size gauge would go in this? 'Im looking for Water temp (with actual numbers), oil pressure, boost and Volts.

The one angled at the driver is exactly what I'd get. Did you ever make this?

You got a tuner module from Livernois or someone else? If so you can get 3 of those right away. The only one you can get is oil pressure since there is no sensor for it. Only a basic switch.

They are pretty small, but should work for me. 34mm screens which is much smaller than the standard 52mm gauges, but I kind like that. And since this is all programed I can flash them in colors to warn of issues. IE: RED background for over temp etc. And they are cheap to make. I'm using a ODB2 (bluetooth adapter) to update the gauges from the factory sensors. I bought some larger round LED screen's but think they are too big and prefer the smaller ones.

Some other ideas I have, I believe I can also pickup Trans Temp and a difference gauge with 2 needles and a digital readout for the IAT (Intake Air Temp) - and Intercooler temp sensor to keep an eye on air cooler efficiency. I would LOVE a real simple GEAR NUMBER gauge as well. Yes I know the dash does that. Maybe a combo with gear number and trans temp in one gauge.

The gauges are based on the GC9A01 Driver on a 1.28" TFT screen with 240x240 resolution. They are IPS screens with a great viewing angle. They are just a few bucks each.

It is confirmed that you can get a readout of the transmission temperature, coolant temperature, cylinder head temperature and catalytic converter temperature (calculated but better than nothing). The intake air temps are also confirmed but I find pointless
