That won't work for this one. What I have found is the old Safari style where instead of a ram air it goes right over the roof and has the intake on the bottom. A little weird but it works

yup yup a buddy had one on his runner he liked it a lot with his roof rack it looked almost invisible since he had fiberglass fenders and it was hidden on the inside so only a small bit was visible

I must have missed this in the other other thread, but 2600 miles return to buy a truck? WTF? I wasn't really looking at specifics, but I saw at least 4 brand new Rangers between the 2 lots I drove by today. Is it because you had to have a white one, or are the shortages that bad down there?

Oh, be safe and have fun and all that other business too, lol.
Jay, I couldn't find anything I liked in AZ. I really wanted a Tremor so I didn't have to do the tires and suspension all over again. A few that I found closer (UT,NV) they all crazy markups. I talked with my salesman when this was still in route and he was always straight up honest with me and even today there was no funny business. Everything was what he said and while it was a far distance it was worth it in the end after going through the BS with the accident.

New truck looks great Dave.
Do be careful of the steps. They stick out and have a habit of leaving nasty marks on peoples shins.
Have a safe and enjoyable drive home.
Thanks Walter. So far I like them and haven't cheese grated my legs yet. But I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it happens. lol

Never underestimate how far one will go to save a penny ;)
Being Polish has its drawbacks at times. :frown:??

But to be fair the markup on the one in NV was $4,000. So traveling another 1,000 miles was well worth it.
