Just a quick update...
Went on, and got back from our first break in trip with our new travel trailer. While my home-made mirror extensions worked fairly well, I needed a bit "more". Luckily, my better half was with me and she even agreed that I should get a set of the Clearview, damn the expense, full speed ahead !!!
So, just got off their website, ordered a set with all the bells n whistles.

Grumpaw, are you my doppelganger? Family and I literally took our new camper out this weekend for a shakedown and I was VERY glad I had these mirrors! Tried only extending them to the midway point at first - ended up having to extend them further out to see around it, but didn't think to take the picture after that...

Very well may be !!! My homemade were adequate, but I figured I'd wait for a bit.
Wife said to go for it, so who am I to argue !!!!!

When I ordered mine today, estimated date for delivery was around the first week in May.
Our next trip isn't until the end of May, so I'll keep my fingers n toes crossed.

well our first trip with clamp on mirror extenders is in 2 weeks. so I will see then.

Second trip is end of may. however I spent $20 for clamp on extenders from a auto company that had them on their shelf for 3 years and wanted them gone.

Beat you by a little, ordered mine on the 18th, as soon as I got the email about the preorder. Hopefully they got a big shipment in. I'm sure a lot of people are waiting.

Hope they are ordering a large # of the different applications for stock, instead of just ordering individually.

Yeah, I would hope so. Preorders should have given them an idea of take rate of the three options. Mine are the mid level as I have an XLT and figured I could do without the power fold for the almost $300 up charge. Only time I ever folded mine was when I had my clamp on tow mirrors on. Won't be an issue now!

I had to opt for the biggie set for my Lariat, as depending on how the wife parks her Subi I sometimes have to power fold them in to clear the right side of the garage opening...I keep after her to park a bit more to the left, but I can't complain...she lets me buy all this neat stuff !!!
