I currently need the matching BOTTOM "Insulator" for the FRONT OE Bilstein shock assembly...

I have the top "Insulator" that has a washer/nut attached to the bushing and here's the part number for what I have "in-hand":
Motorcraft AD-1034 / 6C3Z-18197-AA

Could you provide the part number for the "bottom half"?

The lower insulator appears to be part of the shock assembly. As you can see here nothing is shown but a bolt and nut at the bottom of the shock.

They should have the same access to FP parts that we have but perhaps they don't deal in FP parts on a daily basis so are not aware. Here in the US dealerships go through their accessory distributors to get FP parts.
