New owner, first post. Truck delivered 8/16. I've been in a loaner for six days now. The evening I brought it home the SiriusXM stopped working at all. Touchscreen wouldn't allow selection of SiriusXM as source. Called SiriusXM and refresh had no effect. Next morning the radio worked. Didn't drive it rest of the day. Next morning, 8/18, drove 20 miles to Gloucester harbor to look at a trawler, and parked.
30 minutes later got back in the truck. Truck won't start. SiriusXM not working again. Dash was live, accessory power available but pushing start button had zero effect and the brake pedal went all the way to the stop. I've never had any vehicle or motorcycle do that and don't know how it could occur. There should always be some resistance? About 10 minutes and 100's of button pushes later, the truck starts.
Drove to dealer, Kelly Ford in Beverly MA. They reflashed the radio with FoMoCo software "update". Radio works but the "couldn't reproduce" the non-start issue. Drove to coffee shop 10 minutes away. Get back in truck. Radio dead again and truck won't start. Back to dealer. I'm still in the loaner. No word from the dealer.
I traded a 2010 VW Tiguan Wolfsburg, built in Germany, for this POS. Not a single thing ever went wrong with the VW. The dealer already sold it. Lol. I've started a consumer complaint case with FoMoCo. I don't want this truck.
