New wheels and tires on for a few weeks now. Mines just an XL so I updated the instrument cluster to the XLT style with 4.2” screen. One of my favorite upgrades so far! I hated that tiny little crappy calculator looking screen.

yeah, it sucks you cant take miles away on those clusters, only the lariat ones. you can add milesto the cluster through forscan though.Got my XLT speedo display in with the bigger middle screen. Now I just need to put 1,000 miles on my Ranger for the milage to match.

yes it is, the only reason you would need forscan is if it is equipped with things your truck does not have like parking assist, or lane assist or something like that. just turn those things off and you are good to go.Is this plug and play or do you need forscan?
I agree one of my favorite mods as well. lol non xl peeps just dont understand how crappy that 2 inch screen isNew wheels and tires on for a few weeks now. Not sure what that single sounds like, and I’m sure it’s nice. Though, I’m liking the throat and performance my dual provides.Got the MBRP and Hellwig hooked up...

First impression is a deeper although not loud or whiney exhaust note, surprising nice. Better is throttle and transmission shifting after take off...my technical term would be , "smoothly relaxed". But, I need to have more wheel time to make better evaluation. Not sure what that single sounds like, and I’m sure it’s nice. Though, I’m liking the throat and performance my dual provides.

Thanks for the response. Look forward to the evaluation after you get more miles on ‘er.First impression is a deeper although not loud or whiney exhaust note, surprising nice. The hellwig seems to have smoothed out the drive, but same caveat.![]()
Taking a trip in a few days, twisty turneys and mountains involved plus 4 passengers and cargo. That ought to tell me somethingThanks for the response. Look forward to the evaluation after you get more miles on ‘er.
