Would replacing the battery affect the Ford Performance Tune?

The tune installation instructions say to hook the battery to a battery charger during the installation process. So, if your installer didn’t do that, the installation may have drained your battery enough to put the truck in battery preservation mode and disable ASS. Especially if your battery was already in a weakened state, which it seems like it probably was.
