Those look like 1206 SMDs (https://www.amazon.com/1206-SMD-Coo...ight+white&qid=1565191575&s=industrial&sr=1-8) But a measurement should confirm. If you have any skill with soldering, it should be a relatively easy switch, but I wouldn't expect to be getting additional lumens out if it.
