Anyone know if the front Tremor coils are stiffer or softer than the FX-4 Coils?
Secondly any idea if they would fit on Bilstein 5100 Struts?

Honestly dont know but uere is my input. Because you have a tremor there isnt much point of changine out the shoucks unless you go to a kit with full adjustments like the FOX 2.5 or the Old Man EMU BP-51 kit. Why you ask? You already have the leveling and if anything more adjustment would be the only woth thing to do on a Tremor. As nice as Bilsteins are I feel they would be a waist for you.

When I installed the 5100’s on my FX-4 I mistakenly put them on wrong notch…. I was intending to set it for 1.2 inches of lift …. Well on the way home from dropping off the spring compressor I realized my mistake …. Anyways I am stuck with .6 of lift. However I love the way it rides and don’t wanna ad preload to affect the ride negatively. I do have global springs on the way for the rear and by others account will raise the rear by about 1/2 inch.So I want to raise the front by 3/4. So my thought was to add the Tremor coils and add .8 inch to the front.

The way you opened this up made me think you already had a Tremor Package so my mistake there. As for what you are trying to do I would simply move the collar up a notch(if that is the correct setting) and then leave it. Its not like you are trying to max out the height and you wont be close so you should be fine. Also chances are the FX4 springs are the same as the non FX4 springs since the only suspension parts changed for the FX4 are the shocks. The Tremor would be a whole different ball game since it has an extra 2 inches of lift up front and therefore will probably be larger and be a different spring rate. What is the speing rate? Have no idea.

I’m going to run 3” Eibach coils with 5100 at lowest setting. Will give you a 3” lift in front at lowest setting…. they don’t recommend going above stock setting on 5100 w/Eibach springs will cause cv issues. But then you get most out of shocks and no pre-load. Got my springs from stage3motorsports 192$. Hope this helps

That sounds like a nice combo. Let us know how it rides. I thought about the Eibach coils up front but didn't want to stress the drive shafts that much. Guess if I end up trying this I'd get the front diff drop kit. I'm running the 5100's up front with the stock springs set at 1.8" lift an I think the preload is hurting the ride quality.
