I never got anything more than a picture of the truck beside the train , which I was led to believe that that was the specific truck that i had "in transit " ........it wasn't ....and its still in transit a few months later...

Railroads provide such information to shippers (customers) but I don't know how an individual would access it.

Yes sir ! But now they will drop it in your driveway... Its 500 extra but worth it , you have to agree to be in the comerical for free though...
