I am having trouble installing my Truxedo Pro X15 tonneau cover on my 2020 crew cab ranger. I think the issue is related to the Line-x bedliner I have. I am not able to secure the front brackets. Not only will they not line up but the screw will not thread with the line-x surrounding the screw hole. Does anyone have any advice?

Take screw to HomeDepot or Ace and see if they have same but a tad longer?

Hi Green1237,

Is this hole threaded? If so you are best to take an appropriate size and thread tap and clean out the Line-X material from the hole. You may find the bolt in question is of sufficient length when you can get the threads to bite in the threaded hole. It is likely either a 8mm x 1.25 or a 6mm x 1.00.
