I do appreciate your help in picking out some tires, and in setting me up at my local store to get them installed.

Install date of the Cooper AT3 XLT's (265/70/18) is next Friday when I get back from a work trip.

Got the tires installed today - thank you guys very much.

They ride really well - don't feel heavy like I was afraid that they might. Only glitch was I have 18 inch wheels, but a 17 inch spare. I had ordered 5 of the 18 inch tires. The local store was able to swap out the same tire in a size that gave it the same diameter in 17 inch to use as the spare. Not ideal, but will get me there if I need it.

I just got those tires for my Ranger a month ago. I really like them so far. Quieter than I thought they would be. I need to do something about my spare tire too???????

I didn't want the spare to be 2 inches shorter than the regular tires. Plus, we are considering camper options, so I wanted the spare to be LT as well.

Good news is that the tire was $51 cheaper in 17 inch than 18 inch. It may be an AT2, I don't remember to be honest. But it's an LT Cooper AT tire. I think it's 265/75/17 maybe. can look tomorrow.
