I had to do a SYNC 3 master reset a few days ago, I was having sluggish Apple CarPlay apps population on screen. After the Master reset, SiriusXM stopped working, it was working fine before. Also, the subscription page for Travel Link, shows as not available for all categories, before this happened, only a few showed not available.
I’m not even able to open the SiriusXM section in sources. Things I have tried:
1. Requested a signal refresh from SiriusXM website. Multiple times.
2. Called SiriusXM customer support and they said it does not seems to be in their side, because the Ranger appears as active on their side. Also, they ask you to tune to channel 1, but, I’m not even able to open the thing.
3. Did another Master reset
4. Removed the negative pole from battery for about 5 minutes.
Nothing has worked. Before I scheduled a service. Has anyone had this issue before?
