Hello everyone,

I have 7 months old Ford Ranger XLT.

Yesterday i realized two different sounds that i have never realized before.

1. When auto/start is on and i move my foot from brake and the engine about the the start, i hear some click sound two times like a switch sound.

I think i did not hear it before. Dou you hear it ar your vehicles?

2. The other sound is when i turn off the engine(without auto start/Stop) i hear some shakey sound in the dashboard. The sound can not be heard from outside. It is from inside.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Barbaros,

I am not familiar with the WildTrack so cannot help on the brake pedal click. For the dash rattle, check the defroster ducts near the bottom of the windshield. it may be one of the ducts is not fully seated and causing the rattle.

Sorry, i could not explain properly. The first complaint, click sound comes front right seat under the glove box. The sound is not mechanical.
