Squeaking noise after 2.5 inch level kit

I had a 2.5 inch level kit installed on my 2020 ford ranger a week ago, drove it 300 miles then returned to the shop and had everything bolted down again, installed new tires but not wheels, they are still stock, now after about 1,000 miles after the truck has been sitting for a period of rest I hear a loud squeaking noise, sounds like baby birds stuck on my front passenger side wheel well. I have it at the shop right now, we thought it was the dust shield touching - so we moved it an took it for a spin, nothing - I’ve seen other threads with the same noise posted, but no concrete answer on what it was, any help or suggestions from people who have experienced the same problem after a level kit/ new tires?

on the highway the noise goes away, and there is zero noise in park, or when the car isn’t moving
