Well the dealer finally replaced the fuel injectors due to the fuel pump not taking care of the fuel in the oli issue. Anyways the truck has been running rich because of this. I asked the service manager to replace the plugs when they did the injectors. I'm certainly not the sharpest knife in the drawer but does this look like they changed the plugs. This is why I try to do as much work on my vehicles as possible., can't trust anyone.

I hope you didn't pay for new plugs, 'cause them ain't new.
Everything was under warranty, so I didn't pay anything but he will be getting a visit for sure. Truck only has 6000 miles

If they're not throwing a CEL, then they're not permanently damaged. Drive around at like 4500rpm for 10min or so - the high heat will clean those plugs right up and make them good as new.

Amen..Ford offered me a free maintenance plan for 6 oil changes due to an issue I had because of a factory defect; I told them no thank you for this very reason.

I went ahead and replaced them with a colder spark plug due to my tune. Haven't drove her yet but idles much better
