These are for Aluminum knuckles I'm sure aren't they? Those may be the most beautiful truck part I have ever seen.

I wish other companies made their Upper Arms as good looking as Camburg does!
I ran them with my Aluminum knuckles. Just researched on Camburg's website and they now send out all the kits with both sets of lower uniball spacers so they work. I'm sure they'd send out the lower uniball spacers for the cast iron if you gave them a call.

"Update: Ford introduced a cast steel knuckle/spindle (painted black) in mid 2020 which has a different upper ball-joint taper than the aluminum versions (raw silver). We now include both sets of lower uniball spacers with our arms so everyone has what they need in one part number."
