For those of you who have changed out the side markers, which brand did you go with and did you have any issues with them? Looking to change these out to match the black fender trim on my STX. Thanks.

I added the Morimoto blacked out Amber LED side markers back in Spring (I think) of 2022. No issues so far in any weather (North Carolina climate) and none using touchless car wash.

Use Dielectric grease when connecting the wire harnesses. IIRC Morimoto warns on a little card that comes in the box that if you don’t use it, no warranty on water damage.

I’m not mechanically savvy and it was a simple upgrade. My wheel liner is a little loose on one side from my tugging on the fastener and getting my hands in there, but this causes no issues. I’ve installed them, uninstalled them and reinstalled them with dielectric grease, and then had to tap into drivers side again for my Raptor grill lights. Works great - fun and easy upgrade.

I also went with the smoked out Morimoto side markers. I’ve had them in for quite some time and have had zero issues.

Went with these from Amazon.....

Installation 10 min maybe.......have been running in snow and slush and cold temperatures for a month so far....no negative effects at this point.

Don't have a pic of mine installed on hand at the moment but you can see on Amazon the customer reviews and photos they've uploaded as installed.

I went cheap and didn't opt for the morimoto .... although I'm sure they are of a higher build/quality material.
