Ring app on Iphone

Strange thing happened when opening ring app to view live feed from my phone, ford's sync starts call and when I close the feed the call stops. I don't recognize the number it's calling. Does this happen to anybody else?

Yes, Ring app has done this on every car I’ve had that had an infotainment system. Not sure why it does it, but it does. Does it on my wife’s Tucson too. Normal.

So since it happens in other brands of vehicle then it’s a ring app issue… I will try an android tomorrow…
