Finally got an RTT. I decided to go with the OVS Nomadic 2 Extended. They were having a sale and I wound up with a solid deal and I'm super pumped.
I have to make some changes to the rack setup to accommodate. Traction boards sit up a little too high for the tent to open so I've relocated them to the driver's side molle panel in the bed. I'm adding a Waterport to the passenger side since it looks kinda naked now. If there's room I may also add a small Pelican for my compressor and deflator. I'm currently waiting on the mounting plate for the Waterport so I'll update when I get that all figured out.
I also replaced my Rough Country light bar with one from Diode Dynamics. The RC bar only seemed to work whenever it felt like it. No idea why, but the quality on the DD unit is much better. When the bar was swapped out the ACC module finally went in so I no longer have a start up warning for that being unplugged. Those two things were done by Wired By Greg in Orange County. He also cleaned up and shortened wiring on my ditch lights. I've been crazy busy with work so it was totally worth it to have him do it. My install was "good enough" but his looks like it came from the factory. Highly recommend him for any electrical needs in the OC area. I'll be hitting him up for some chase lights in the future. I hate electrical.
With the tent on the truck I feel like it looks a little imbalanced now so I'm REALLY wanting a Prinsu rack. I had planned on upgrading tires next but I may just continue to run the life of the Grabber's and put that money toward the roof rack and some storage boxes. That'll help get some gear out of my back seat. TBD.
