Ppf on front bumper?

I bought a new Ranger XLT with the black package last week. Had ppf installed on the hood, fenders and headlights and was planning to do the upper and lowe front bumpers soon. While checking out the job my shop did on the hood and fenders I noticed what looks like the edge line of a clear bra/ppf already on the upper plastic part of the bumper?? Can anyone confirm whether these come this way?

I've not heard anywhere that Ford was doing that, but you never know. I do know they offer PPF as an option on other vehicles in their line-up, i.e. the big Bronco.
