First - Do the front and rear turn signals work?
Have you tried cycling the Hazzard Switch? and does it work with Hazards?
Try a code reset and a BCM Self-Test with Scanner or Forscan.
If the above no help, then you will have to break down the harness and find where it has lost connection.
Next up the chain is C210 pin #19 and then C237 pin # 47, will locate if needed but I have a feeling the above actions will reset it to working order.
