Place to get some work done

Can any one recommend a place to get some work done that isn’t a stealership?
I’m in both NYC and northern NJ (Jefferson)

I have a 21’ Tremor and want to install the OEM trailer hitch receiver (and wiring)

would be nice to get a couple other things done. Like the eco boost power pack tune. So I could keep warranty.
maybe headlight install?

my time is limited hence just getting it done.
