North Carolina Pivot Box Hardware

This is for anyone who has the pivot box (swing case).
I’m having my local mechanic install (due to spray in liner…threads need cleaned/tapped, etc) them and he informed me the locking hardware (to prevent it from swinging out) on the drivers side is broken.

I do have a call into my dealer parts department for replacement but has anyone else hathis issue?

It does not appear that buying seperate hardware is an option or is it?
I ask because overall I have no faith in my dealer and I’d rather spend a couple bucks for the dang part if it’s readily available.

The swing box are made for Ford by UnderCover Swing Case's.
You might have better luck contacting them for replacement parts....they both use the same mounting parts.

Just got done sending them an email. ? hopefully I can get a replacement part pretty quick and not for a ton of dough.

Bright side is that m mechanic overall was pretty impressed with the design and thinks it’s a cool aftermarket product to have.

I ordered mine directly from the manufacturer. It was on sale then. No broken hardware or issues. I put a lot of weight in it and it held up well.
Inside I had:

• ARB single air compressor
• 6 ton hydraulic bottle jack
• ARB hose and inflator
• Safe Jack extensions
• I wired a couple of 12V plugs also for auxiliary power

The swing case was great!
