PID address / assignment for oil pressure and temp

Okay so I am looking for the (not sure if its hex or whatever) for the oil pressure (if available) and oil temperature (again if available) for use in the Torque engine management app and/or OBDLink app.

Does anyone have this info? Since this is allegedly supposed to be the same across the board due to OBDII requirements will these hex addresses work from other manufacturers?
