I just love how Ford , born in the USA , gives all its cool stuff to the rest of the world and a middle finger to us here in the USA ...

Looks like my next car.

PHEV for reduced ultra ridiculous taxation here in Finland (I'll estimate -40k€ drop in out from the store price) and power on-board.

Too bad it's not Raptor spec, so it's time for bouncy castle rear suspension.

That thing checks all the boxes for me. Maybe Ford is waiting for tax credit qualifying US batteries before releasing in the states. Which may be a few years down the road. One question pops up about using the 2.3L Ecoboost. Will it be both port and direct injection? I think DI only will be a disaster for fuel dilution in this application

I'm stoked for the members that are going to have access to this truck. It looks like a keeper.

A PHEV Ranger would definitely be a strong incentive to trade in earlier than I usually do. I expect it'll come to the US at least eventually.

Tax credit-qualifying batteries might indeed be the holdup. But since the ROW version has been out a year longer, it could also be a planned delay, so maybe 2026 for the US PHEV?
