The front of my ranger has a white/grey panel (by the tow hooks) and skid plate. Can these be painted without affecting the sensors? I've seen rangers on here with color matched panels, maybe not the skid plate but the piece by the tow hooks.

Yes, you can pain valence, but don't paint over the sensors. I think I read somewhere on here that the sensors are cheap, though so you can buy black or silver sensors to better match your panel color. Or if you want to try to paint them, you can replace them if it doesn't work out.

You can paint the sensors without any problems. You want to apply the base coat until the sensors are covered. Do not apply heavy coats. Same goes with the clear coat. A couple of coats is all that is required. If you have any questions about painting theses parts send me a PM
