So this some video and a pic. What did you do with your Ranger scenario. So we finally got back out to our property after 6 years. This is where our permanent home in the Philippines will be.

That’s a tough life you lead, Richard. But like you say…somebody’s gotta do it! ;) :inlove:Please post pics as your build progresses. Congrats!
Thanks. The build should be in 18-24 months.

Hi Richard,

I see power poles so electric power is there. What about water and sewer? Well and Septic?

Back Story, I married Margie and we knew that we had to move to warmer climates. My first thought was avoid Florida and Margie agreed as we both lived there. So I suggested we check out Parhump Nevada, which is outside over the mountains from Las Vegas. There was much land for sale, but it was in a flood plain. So we found some lots, a few acres in size which would probably work. So to the City Government to address dirt roads etc. The City building department woman said "Why on earth would you build here?" What??? She said, on that lot you are interested, we can provide sewer or water, but not both. Which would you like??? WTF...we were out of there.

Not sure about your lot on the Island...

Best,
Phil

All hookups are available. This developing community is a "green" concept build. So they have treatment facility. As far as electric my plan is to eventually have the house 100% independent.
