Does anyone use Capitol One shopping app ? It searches and applies discount coupons , I get discount offers but usually after I've bought the item, one item that possibly could have saved some $ was from Zoro, which got poor reviews on Trustpilot. So thus far not impressed with it.

If it's a site-wide promo "Sometimes, not always" you can reach out to the manufacturer when that happens and they'll either hook you up with a credit or best case scenario a partial refund if your order hasn't shipped. I've gotten a few companies to agree to hook me up with the better price when this happens. It's just a bummer sometimes to have to do all the legwork due to something as simple as poor timing..
