G'day g'day
For anyone interested in traditional gauge installs here's my recently completed 100% DIY job in my Aussie Wildtrak (so I apologise that these will appear to be facing the wrong way to most of you!).
After market triple pods are lacking for this gen due to the grab handle on the A-pillar, so I dreamed up this placement on the speaker grill blank and went to town. I'm pretty happy with it, naturally would tweak a few things if I had my time again of course. I was also installing an Engine Guard and fuel pre-filter water alarm so some of the photos available at the link below will look busier than you might expect for this job alone. The switches towards the end are those to interact with the various settings of each gauge (plus the water light for the pre-filter - which yes I can see perfectly from the driver's position).
