Offset

Hey guys, Im hoping to put new wheels and tires on my 2021 ranger but I am a little confused as to how much + offset I need on my wheels to fit larger tires. From what I have gathered a 265/70/17 would not fit without rubbing on a wheel with under 25mm's of offset. Is this true? If so how much offset will I need to fit the larger tire. Thanks!

Based on info I've read here, you can fit 265/70/17 without a lift on stock wheels I believe. Those are +55 offset.
