Sold: Maryland OEM Engine Cover with Studs and Nuts. Excellent Condition.

I’ve gone to the ‘’Dark Side’’; traded in my ‘21 Ranger Tremor for a F-150 Powerboost Hybrid as I needed more towing capability.

Before I traded in my Ranger I pulled this OEM Engine Cover, part # L1MZ-6A949-C which I installed last June.

It is in nearly new condition; all cleaned up and ready for installation.

This sale also includes the 2 studs and nuts needed for proper installation, part # L1MZ-6A949-CSUB [2 each STUD # W 714647-S450B and NUT # W 520201-S450B] I accidentally bought the studs/nuts separately not knowing they came with the cover I ordered so I had two sets. I left the other set on the CAM cover of the Ranger I traded in for the next owner to use.

New List price for the Cover and studs/nuts is $215.00 My sales price is $135.00 OBO plus the actual cost of FedEx Ground Insured shipping to anywhere in the Lower 48. Just send me your Zip code and I’ll get a shipping quote for you.

I will accept payment via Paypal.

I should be able to ship the cover and installation studs/nuts within one day of payment receipt Monday-Saturday. I cannot ship on Sunday because FedEx is closed.

I will provide a tracking number to the buyer upon shipment.

Steve, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you but I only just saw this. I do think the cover looks good on the engine. That's one reason I bought it last summer. But the main reason was to protect the spark plugs from potentially getting soaked and then ''rusted'' into place. Even Ford put out a TSB recommending the cover as the fix from a reoccurence of that problem. One additional benefit may be that the cover stops some of the fuel injector noise but I never measured that on my Ranger. I did do that with my daughters Bronco Sport and her cover helped quiet it but just a bit if memory serves me right. Given my cover is in such good, clean condition and has been used for only 10 months or so I have to decline your offer of $100. But I will take $115 Just send me your zip code and I'll work up a FedEx shipping quote for you.

It looks like DINO is going to buy the cover. Just waiting on finishing up the sale. So we have to wait and see how that goes. Once the sale is done I'll mark this listing as ''SOLD'' one way or the other if i am able to.
