No spares here, but if you can't find any, Leavittown Ford has about the best price I could find. Just make sure you call them with your info to get the exact product code to order - mine (XLT) was $775.

You just need the lamp module. Being a Lariat it’s probably LED. The bliss module is removable from the original light. That is paired with your system so to avoid installing a new one and pairing it just transfer your original one in its place.
LED’s are pricey! If you need both insurance might be your best bet unless your deductible is really high.
