Missing trim pieces/screws

I went to install the M&R dual light bar behind the grill today. Once I got it all torn down, the two trim pieces that they have you use to hold the lower light bar in were not there, nor were the screws for the upper light bar. Service referred me to parts, parts referred me back to the salesman. Does anyone just know the part numbers so I can order them and move on with my life? Or does anyone have a recommendation for another light bar with good output that works with adaptive cruise?
