Still deciding on wheel spacers. If I go with a Bora .5 wheel spacer plate only, no studs. Can I still use my original lugs or would I have to get longer ones?

If you’re not extending the studs, you’re essentially taking away 1/2” of thread engagement from the lugs. That could end up very badly for you down the road... Personally, I would opt for extended lugs because it’s a more mechanically sound.

I used 3/8" spacers from Wheel Adapter USA. They supplied extended lug nuts with the kit. They work well and plenty of threads on the lug nuts.
285-70R17. No Poke, no lift. Only BDS modified crash bars. No tire rubbing at all!

I have 2" spacers and they came with the lug nuts.

I meant extended studs, not lugs. Extending the studs is more structurally sound. An extended lug gives you equal clamping force to stock setup BUT puts more stress on the studs. If you’re moving the force on the studs towards the tip, it makes them more likely to bend or shear. Same concept as getting more torque on a wrench by moving your hand away from the pivot point.

If it were my truck, I’d get extended studs and keep the stock lugs. I don’t like the idea of a wheel flying off if I hit a pothole on the freeway.
