I also have this issue with the 2019 Ranger B&O sound system. The dealer has no explanation. The first time they replaced the ACM. After a software update failed to correct the problem.
The audio cycles ON & OFF on it's own and no audio from any device.
First time it was in warranty, this time it is not.
I disconnected the 3 connectors from the amp. (Behind the rear seat driver side) waited 5 or 10 minutes. Now it's working perfectly. Hopefully it lasts.
