OK so that may be how I see myself when I drive my Focus RS. .

The Focus weighs about twice as much, is not tuned to 400 hp, is not made out of carbon fiber or polycarbonate or any other exotic materials, or designed or manufactured by Dallara, but hey, lets don't be nit picky. An old guy can dream a little right? On the flip side my focus didn't cost 135,000 pounds (that's about 190,000 US dollars).

But all that aside our Rangers also share that same basic engine. Dallara could have used any engine but they chose that one. That should be of note to any doubters out there. So next time you fire up that Ranger 2.3 just let that inner Mario Andretti out and have a little fun. Be safe, but enjoy.
