Did a couple of basic things today:

- OEM hood struts installed
- Ignition bezel 3D printed and installed
- TurboSmart Kompact EM Plumb Back BPV installed

I ran into a small gotcha with the cap screws that came with the BPV. I ended up having to use the stock bolts.

My OBDLink EX FORScan adapter came today, as well as my tailgate insert letters. I'm going to head back out after dinner to hack the computer and install the lettering. I'll post pics of the lettering tomorrow. That will probably be all that I do until I get back from vacation.

I have a bunch of things on the way to keep me busy once I'm back:
- K+N 63 Series Aircharger CAI Kit
- JLT Catch Can (Gotta keep that new intake clean!)
- 1.5" Spacer Experts Wheel Spacers
- OEM Engine Cover
- OEM Tailgate Damper

If you're looking for OEM parts, I recommend Levittown Ford https://www.levittownfordparts.com/. They are the cheapest I've found online, they've had everything I'm looking for, and they shipped the next day. They beat my local dealer's pricing by 20-25%., depending on the part. Even with shipping, they were still cheaper and I didn't have to drive to my dealer.

Ok, I decided to not wait until tomorrow and do the big unveiling tonight:

I also finished "hacking The Matrix". I didn't do much with FORScan, but I did enough:
- Deactivated Auto Start / Stop
- Enabled Fog Lights w/ High Beams
- Activated Noise Canceling (I have no idea why this isn't on from the factory!)

I checked, and the fake engine noise was already deactivated.

Ok, so I did a few more things on the truck since I got back from Tennessee. I got the Livewire TS+ from Unleashed and loaded Torrie’s 87 octane tune. I also installed the tailgate damper, engine cover, and the K+N 63 intake system.

Performance-wise, there is a definite increase. It’s still not where I want it to be, but we’ll get there.

The damper:

The K+N 63 Series intake system:

This air box is absolutely huge! The filter inside is the biggest conical filter I’ve ever seen. It also has a snorkel for the cold air intake that is quite a bit larger than stock, similar to the aFe snorkel.

I’m looking into the k&n but missed the sale by a few days. If you don’t mind me Asking how much did you give for it? I missed the March sale ?

Also do you notice more noise up front and any turbo noise!?
Thanks brother. Truck looks good
