Bedrug XLT - Gaps and Fit Issue

I installed the Bedrug XLT in my 2020 Ranger and not happy with the fit. Anyone else seen this or do I just need to be talked down off my ledge?
Disappointed since this was almost $200 and getting nowhere with their customer service (outside of paying $80 to ship it back to them).

Speak of the devil. Bedrug just called me back and offered discount shipping to return the XLT rug.
Still on the fence and discussion with them of what the fit is like for the full rug around the corners and behind the wheel well has me concerned.
Anyone have any pictures of their installed full sides Bedrug??

i have the full bed rug with the sidewalls and the fit is spot on fills all the gaps. When i was looking at them it said the mat you have could be layed on top of a spray in bed liner which could account for the gaps you have. they are taking into account the thickness for a truck with the spray in liner installed.

You could always see if they could exchange it for the full bedrug at a discounted price and then you could leave the side walls off it you really wanted to. it just a zipper to the bottom mat
