Are you meaning turn indicators? I don’t think the blind spot has anything to do with the caps.

Don't think the blindspot has anything to do with it. I think it is just with or without turn signal. I have an XLT with blindspot but no turn signal. The blindspot indicator is in the mirror not the cap.
