Out of curiosity, what did you replace them with?
I am thinking of doing similar
I am dealing with an uncomfortable drivers seat issue.

These were extra when I was gathering parts to rebuild my truck I got at an auction. The seats in my truck had the air bags pop and I got new ones and fixed the seats where the air bag came out. That was before I got these seats as a package deal with all the red body work I bought. I saved these seats that were never messed with and factory air bags to sell off to try to help cover the cost of fixing up the truck.

I did just add some leather seat covers and that did soften up the feel so maybe try that option first? I guess it depends on what you don't like about the factory seats though.
