Edit: This just reminded me of a time when I was a kid.

There was a local pet shop that had a monkey for sale and I REALLY wanted it so I was saving my money (it was expensive). It was a little monkey, not one of the bigger ones like these.

Every time my mom went to the grocery store I went over to see the monkey.

One day my friend and I walked over to see the monkey and it was having a full on meltdown. It was throwing poop everywhere and at everybody in the store.

That completely ended my desire for a pet monkey and I took the money I'd saved and bought a new bike ?.
