They have diligently worked with me to continue perfecting my tune and have been patient, helpful, and quick to send me tunes/revisions. Besides one instance where my emails were getting sent to their Spam folder by accident, I have gotten responses from them same-day in most cases and tune revisions in less than a week in most cases.
